Winifred Swab

Winifred "Winnie" Swab, age 82 of Germantown, OH passed away peacefully on August 16, 2022 at Sycamore Hospital. She was born in Hazard, KY to the late Porter and Estelle (Greer) Sizemore, and was a kind hearted person with a great sense of humor. Winnie worked at Don's Pizza for many years, and she enjoyed taking walks and gardening. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Rodney Greene in 2014, her brothers Bill and Winston Sizemore, and sister Wilma Bradam. She is survived by her children Kevin Greene, Michelle Lawson, Byron (Jannelle) Swab, grandchildren Tiffany Sanders, Josh Greene, Sean Patterson, Dylan Swab, Benjamin Lawson, Wesley Stapleton, great grandchildren Brooklynn Sorrell and James Sanders, III. She is also survived by her boyfriend Johnny Stone, her brothers Dean (Alma), Charles "Yak" (Alice Jo), Kenny (Sheri), Doug (Marie), Glen (Mary), Roger (Teri) Sizemore, her sister Peggy (Ron) Elrod, sister in law Opal Sizemore, and numerous extended family members and dear friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 from 11:00am - 12:30PM at the Arpp, Root & Carter Funeral Home, 29 N Main St. Germantown. Funeral services will begin at 12:30 with Pastor Dan Flory officiating, interment immediately following at Germantown Union Cemetery.
