Mary Ann Warner

Mary Ann Warner, 82, passed away peacefully on October 23, 2026, at New Lebanon Rehab and Healthcare in New Lebanon.

Born on January 21, 1944, Mary Ann lived a life centered on kindness, devotion to family, and steady care for those around her. She graduated from West Alexandria and went on to work at New Lebanon City Schools. She also spent time helping her husband, Sam, at his body shop, sharing in the work and daily life they built together. Mary Ann was very kind and deeply loved her family, a love that remained at the heart of her life.

She also found joy in the things that reflected her patience and curiosity. Mary Ann loved gardening and was very interested in genealogy, pursuits that spoke to her appreciation for growth, history, and connection. Whether tending to her garden or exploring family roots, she brought warmth and dedication to the things she cared about.

Mary Ann is survived by her husband of 64 years, Sam Warner; her sons, Greg Warner and Tim Warner; her granddaughters, Jo Warner, Cheyenne Warner and Heather Falldorf, 4 great grandchildren, and her sister, Janet McClain. She will be remembered with love by those who knew her and by the family she cherished so deeply.

She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Crowell; her mother, Stella Crowell; her brother, Don Crowell; and her daughter-in-law, Luann Warner.

Mary Ann’s memory will live on in the love she gave so freely, in the family stories she treasured, and in the many lives touched by her gentle and caring way.
