Martha A. Hewitt

Martha A. Hewitt, age 89 of Germantown passed away peacefully at home on July 30, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born in Germantown, OH to the late Walter and Neva (Gardner) Stiver, graduated from Germantown High School, class of 1952, and retired from Centerville Schools where she worked in the cafeteria. Along with her parents, Martha was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Richard "Dick" Hewitt in 2016. She is survived by her children Debby (Jim) Wysong, Jim (Lynne) Hewitt, Tim (Diane) Hewitt, grandchildren Rory (Brittney) Wysong, Rose (Sean) Dunn, Chad Hewitt, Shane (Diana) Newman, Crystal (Josh) Reffitt, Michelle, Taylor, and Madison Stebbins, great granddaughter Lilly Dunn and numerous extended family members and dear friends. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Ohio's Hospice, 7575 Paragon Rd., Dayton OH 45459. Services will be private.
