Marilyn Zech

Marilyn J. Zech, age 81 of Germantown passed away Sunday October 7, 2012 at Wood Glenn Nursing Home. Marilyn was born in Germantown, OH the daughter of the late William Everett and Helen (Moses) Zech. She was a graduate of Germantown High School class of 1948 and graduated from Middletown School of Nursing 1954. Marilyn worked 32 years at Middletown Regional  Hospital where she was a nurse and supervisor; she was a member of Germantown Senior Citizens,  Middletown Retired Nursing Association and attended the Farmersville United Methodist Church. She is survived by her cousin JoAnn Nixon and many other cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held 12:00 p.m. (noon) Thursday October 11, 2012 at the Arpp & Root Funeral Home, Germantown. Pastor Patti Matthews officiating. Burial will take place at Germantown Union Cemetery., The family will receive friends 11:00 a.m. Thursday until time of service.  The family would like to give a special thank you to staff and friends at Wood Glenn for all the kindness shown to Marilyn.
