Lucille resided in Dayton, OH and was born in Strawn, TX in 1918 to the late Elmer R. and Agnes (Blackford) Liner. She served as a PFC in the US Army during WWII. Funeral services will be held at the Dayton National Cemetery on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at 3:00 PM.
