Leila Abraham

Leila Abraham, age 100 of Miamisburg, OH passed away peacefully on May 23, 2024 at Hospice of Dayton. She was born in Franklin County, KY to the late William Whitley and Virginia (Fryman) Parker. Leila had a strong work ethic, retiring from NCR and baxter Industries while raising 6 children on her own, who loved her church and the Lord. She loved to sew, crochet, and cross-stitch in her spare time. Leila was preceded in death by her mother Virginia and step-father Alva Parker, her father, Robert Whitley, brother and sister in law William and Nina Whitley, her daughter Sandra Lakins, her sons William, Robert and Richard, and great granddaughter Ashley Green. She is survived by her children Sherry (Arnold) Dearth and Randy (Kathy) Abraham, her 12 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 15 great great grandchildren, and 1 great great great granddaughter who shared her name of Leila Wrey. Per her wishes, Leila did not want any services, she said her celebration would be with the angels.
