John Sebastian

John Elihue Sebastian, 93, born July 20, 1932, passed away January 6, 2026, going on to his Heavenly home; after battling bladder cancer, heart, and kidney disease. John was so thankful for all his wonderful dedicated medical staff.

John was a US Army Korean War Veteran, who worked his career for 50 years in Die Casting. John was a faithful man of God and member of the Old Regular Baptist Church. He was as good hearted as they come and never wanted to be made a fuss over. He was tender hearted, yet as strong of a spirited man from the mountains of Kentucky as you would ever hope to meet.

Preceded in death by his parents: Charlie & Dora Spicer Sebastian; wives: Winona Watts & Dora Deaton; brother: Richard (Lydia & Fay) Sebastian; sister: Susan (Robert) Turner; sister Rose (Roy) Center; niece Sandy Center; sister: Clara (Harley Red) Allen; nephews: Neil, Harley, Ronnie Allen; sister: Hannah Sebastian; Brother-in-Law: James Herald; nephew: David Jeffery Herald.

John is survived by one sister Laura Elizabeth Herald, only child, daughter Lesa Bridges, nieces: Kristina Snider, Dolores Allen, nephews Bobby (Janice) Turner, Greg (Linda) Allen, many great nieces & nephews, and many step relations.

Private burial took place on January 9, 2026 at Germantown Union Cemetery, Germantown, Ohio.
