JoAnn Weaver

JoAnn Weaver passed away on Thursday, March 19th, 2026 after a hard-fought battle with cancer.

JoAnn was a devoted wife to her husband, Larry, a loving mother to her son, Scott (Erin) and a proud and adoring grandmother to her beloved grandson, Jack, who brought her immense joy and held a very special place in her heart.

She is also survived by her siblings, Karen (Len) Weaver and John (Ellen) Develbiss, her sister-in-law Betty (Phil) LeBlanc, her brother-in-law Delbert (Debbie); and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends who will deeply miss her kindness and gentle spirit.

She was predeceased by her parents, John and Doris Develbiss.

JoAnn was a faithful and active member of her church, attending every Bible study she could and dedicating her time to growing in her faith and serving others. She found great comfort and purpose in her church community.

An avid reader, JoAnn had a lifelong love of learning and reflection. She also cherished time spent with family, especially her travels to Iowa and Maryland to visit loved ones and create lasting memories.

Her life was marked by quiet strength, unwavering faith, and deep love for her family. She will be remembered for her warmth, her devotion, and the way she made those around her feel truly cared for.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 11th at 11:15 a.m., at Germantown Methodist Church, 525 Farmersville Pike, Germantown, Ohio 45327. A luncheon will be held at the church following the service. 

JoAnn’s legacy of love and faith will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
