Joann Caplinger

Joann Caplinger, age 69 of Miamisburg, formerly of Germantown passed away unexpectedly after a brief illness at Kettering Medical Center on October 10, 2019. She was born to the late John G. and Matilda L. (Coovert) Honeyman and graduated from Fairview High School in Dayton. Joann loved to sew, cook and was an excellent gardener, she especially loved her family and going to sporting events to watch her grandkids. She is survived by her longtime significant other, Larry Robinson, her children John (Anita) Caplinger, Susan (John) Legate, Jason "JR" Robinson, Jeremy (Mary Beth) Robinson, grandkids Lauren Legate, Owen and Holden Caplinger, Calen and Adley Robinson, her brother Ed Faber and sister June (Bob) Puterbaugh, nieces and nephew Sherry Hile, Charlee Mullins, Sam Puterbaugh, and Ed Faber, Jr., along with numerous other extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly. There will be a visitation on Monday, October 14, 2019 from 5:00-7:00PM at the Arpp, Root & Carter Funeral Home, 29 N. Main. St. Germantown, OH. Private services held at the convenience of the family.
