Jennifer Jones

Jones, Jennifer S, age 61 of Miamisburg passed away peacefully on October 2, 2020. She was born in Dayton, OH to Charles and Loretta Sue (Collins) Pettit and graduated from Miamisburg High School, class of 1977. Jennifer worked in Human Resources at Kettering Health Network for 25 years. She was preceded in death by her husband John Jones. She is survived by her children Stephanie (Nelson) Porter and Nicholas Leber, her grandchildren Libby, Seth, and Cash Porter, and Joie Leber, and her brother Jeff (Lynn) Pettit and sister Joni Kancevicius along with numerous extended family and dear friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 8th at 10:30am at the First Church of God in Germantown, 760 Farmersville Pike Germantown, OH 45327 with burial following at Hillgrove Cemetery, Miamisburg, OH. The family will receive friends the evening before the service on Wednesday, October 7th at the church from 5:00-8:00PM. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the ALS Association or Hospice of Dayton.
