Harold Williams

Harold R. Williams, age 76 of Germantown OH passed away peacefully at his home on May 19, 2024. He was born in Middletown, OH to the late Harold C and Alice (Figley) Williams, graduated from Madison High School, class of 1965 and retired from Dayton Progress. Harold was a proud veteran of the US Navy, enjoyed playing games on his computer, and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Marilyn Williams in 2013, and his sister Barbara Burns in 2019. He is survived by his daughters Tracey (Scott) Ferris of Brookville, and Lisa Williams of Germantown, his 4 grandsons, Xavier, Kadin, George, and Gunnar Ferris, his siblings Shirley Blakley, Lois (Moe) Welch, Darrel Williams, and a host of extended family members and dear friends. Services will be private but a public graveside service with military honors will be held on Tuesday, June 11th at 2:30pm at Germantown Union Cemetery.
