Harold C. McKelvey, age 64 of Moraine passed away Friday December 30, 2011 at the Dayton VA Hospital. Harold was retired from the U.S. Army. He is survived by a brother Thomas Mckelvey, and a sister Wilma Shinlever. Funeral service will be held 10:00 a.m. Monday January 2, 2012 at the Arpp & Root Funeral Home Germantown with burial at the Dayton National Cemetery.
