Harless R. Fitzpatrick, II "Bub"

Harless R. Fitzpatrick, II, affectionately known as “Bub” passed away unexpectedly at his home on September 7, 2026 at the age of 57.

Born on March 22, 1969, in Middletown, Ohio and graduated from Middletown High School, class of 1989. He worked as an auto mechanic, a trade that suited his skill with his hands and his willingness to help others. He loved fishing and hunting, and he especially enjoyed spending time in his garage working on various projects.

Bub will be remembered as a very kind man who would help anyone. He was generous and giving, and he deeply loved his family. His granddaughter brought him great joy, and the love he had for those closest to him was a lasting part of who he was.

He is survived by his son, Austin Fitzpatrick and his wife, Shelby; his mother, Connie Fitzpatrick; his sister, Sherry Callahan; and his granddaughter, Arabella Fitzpatrick as well as his niece Tiara (Andrew) Mancey, and their children Kyrie, Hudson, Alanna and Maelee.  He was preceded in death by his father, Harless Fitzpatrick.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at Arpp, Root, Carter Funeral Home, 29 N. Main Street, Germantown, Ohio 45327.

Bub will be dearly missed by his family and all who knew him. His kindness, generosity, and love for his family will be remembered always.
