David E. Willis, age 43 of Middletown passed away August 27, 2013 in Cincinnati Born July 23, 1970 the son of Dallas E. Willis and Chryl Risner. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Austin and May Risner, stepdad Robert E. Lewis, he is survived by his 4 daughters, Katie, Kendra, Kylie Jo Willis and Krystal Combs, his mother Chryl Risner. brothers Rob Willis and Kenny Lewis, sister April Lewis and numerious neices and nephews. Private services were held.
