Cheryl A Zehr

Cheryl A. Zehr, age 53 of Springboro, formerly of Germantown, OH went home to be with the Lord on February 6, 2022. She was born in Dayton, OH to Geraldine (Behnken) Mobley and the late Jack Mobley. Cheryl attended the Montgomery County JVS for graphic design, graduated from Valley View High School, class of 1986 and after high school she attended Sinclair Community College. Cheryl acted as a den mother for cub scouts when her boys were younger, she loved collecting Precious Moments figurines and her latest job working at "The Farm" which was Safe Haven Farms in Middletown where she helped adults with autism.

Along with her father, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents Jim and Rose Mobley, maternal grandparents Raymond and Tillie Behnken and her father in law "Papa" John Herbst.

Cheryl is survived by her husband Daniel Zehr, sons Daniel Zehr, II, Keith Zehr, son by heart Dylan Keith, mother Jerrie Mobley, sister Kila (Phillip) Keeton, mother in law Sandra Rice, sister in law Kerry (Brent) Schmidlapp, nieces Beth Conley, Brittany Keeton, Kassidy Schmidlapp, nephews Brandon Schmidlapp, Caston Keeton, great niece Johanna Keeton and numerous extended family members and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 1:00PM at the Germantown First Church of God, 760 Farmersville Pike, Germantown OH 45327 with burial immediately following at Preble Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 11:00am at the church. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Safe Haven Farms in memory of Cheryl Zehr for the benefit of House 2, PO Box 62034, Cincinnati, OH 45262, or the Germantown First Church of God for Missions.
