Carroll A. Lugabihl

Carroll A. Lugabihl, born on February 7, 1955, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, passed away on July 10, 2026. Carroll’s journey through life was marked by dedication, resilience, and enduring ties to family and community.

Carroll graduated from Milton Union High School, class of 1974 and spent the majority of her life in the West Milton and New Carlisle areas, where she cultivated many lasting friendships and connections. Her professional life reflected her skillful hands and eye for detail, working in jewelry repair at Lazarus until its closing. Carroll continued sharing her talents at Johnson Fine Jewelry in New Carlisle, where her commitment to her craft and her care for her clients left a profound impression on all who knew her.

During her later years, Carroll made her home at Astoria Health & Rehab in Germantown. The family is deeply grateful to Astoria and all their employees for their wonderful and compassionate care during Carroll’s residence there.

Carroll’s loss is deeply felt by her loving family. She is survived by her sisters Linda (Lugabihl) Ginter, Janet (Lugabihl) Schoen, and Tamara (Lugabihl) Strutton (Bob); her brother Warren (Lisa) Lugabihl; sister-in-law Tammy Lugabihl; as well as numerous nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory. Carroll was preceded in death by her father Howard Lugabihl, her mother Fonda (Ward) Lugabihl, and her brother Timothy Lugabihl.

Carroll’s life was a testament to quiet strength and devotion to those she loved. Her legacy endures in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who had the privilege to know her.

A celebration of her life giving her loved ones and friends an opportunity to gather in remembrance and gratitude for the time shared with Carroll will be held on August 29, 2026 from 1-4 pm at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 69 N Main St, Miamisburg, OH 45342.
