Carolyn Sue Wellbaum

Carolyn S. Wellbaum, age 81 of Farmersville, OH passed away Friday, May 20, 2022 at Kettering Health of Miamisburg. She was born October 13, 1940 to the late Bernard and Mary (Cunningham) Peck. Carolyn, a 1958 graduate of Dixie High School was a devoted life-long member of Trinity Church of New Lebanon, Farmersville O.E.S. #155, and the Women's Church Guild. She was retired from M.R.D.D., and had previously worked for Dayton Public Schools. She is survived by her husband of 63 years, John D. Wellbaum, 4 children Sue (Bob) Shears, Dan (Kay) Wellbaum, Barb (Tim) Hardin, Steve (Debbie) Wellbaum, 12 grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren (with 1 deceased), 10 step great grandchildren, two sisters Nancy (Roger) Winterbotham), Janet (Mike) Bowers, one brother Ron Peck, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, May 25, 2022 from 5-8PM at Trinity Church of New Lebanon, 1830 W. Main St. New Lebanon, OH 45345 with O.E.S. Services. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2022, 10:00AM at the church, burial immediately following at Trissel Cemetery in New Lebanon with Pastor Charlie Honneywell officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Trinity Church of New Lebanon, or Farmersville Fire Association.
