Sylvia Patrick

Sylvia Jean Patrick, age 67, of Hamilton, formerly of Farmersville passed away Thursday November 1, 2012 at West Chester Hospital. She was born in Farmersville, Ohio the daughter of the late Andy and Leona (Hartman) Steward. She was a member of the Farmersville United Church of Christ. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter Lee Ann McGuff. She is survived by her husband Oscar, son James (Anne) of Kentucky, brothers Andrew (Sue) Steward of Germantown, Donald (Nancy) Steward of Miamisburg and 4 grandchildren. Funeral services will he held 10:30 a.m. Tuesday November 6, 2012 at the Arpp & Root Funeral Home Germantown, Pastor Susan Hartman officiating. Burial will be at Twin Valley Cemetery West Alexandria. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer Association. Oscar and family, you have my deepest sympathy.What a neat person.As young girls we shared many moments of laughter and years of friendship at Farmersville H.S.I have so many wonderful memories of our youth.Thank you for sharing a picture of Sylvia on this site.You are in my prayers.
