Marybeth Waite

Our precious Marybeth Waite went to heaven on Tuesday, June 18, 2013.  As this world sees it, our focus would turn to that date, as we are so broken hearted.  To know Marybeth and the life that she lived, however, it is not that day that we focus on, but rather the life she lived and all the other days that are of great value… the days and times that we hold dear.
If you met her or knew her, you couldn’t help but see and feel her love for Jesus.  With all her heart and all that she had, she gave and spread His love with her actions and her smile.  She was greeted by some dear friends and family in heaven.  We can see her beautiful smile as she caught her first glimpse of Jesus Himself. He held her tight and welcomed her to her heavenly home.  Peace overwhelms us knowing she is with Him.
2 Tim 4:7  I have fought the good fight; I have finished my course; I have kept the faith.
She will be greatly missed by her family: parents David and Barbara Waite, brothers David Jr., Stephen, and Michael. Grandparents  Jim and Mary Waite and Bill and Betty Chapman, Aunts and Uncles, Christa (Doug) Shelton, Kathleen (Ken) Akers, Beth Neely, Bill (Betsy) Chapman, Belinda (Joey) Brooks, numerous cousins, her church, The Church On Third, and her friends.

My dearest condolences to the Waite family. I had the pleasure of sharing a cabin with Marybeth at Kids Across America a few weeks ago. In my short time around her, I became certain of 3 things: 1) She knew and loved the Lord; 2) She loved the children she worked with; 3) She was most certainly living out the calling God placed on her life. May her family and friends find strength in knowing that Marybeth is in a better place, resting on the bosom of Jesus.

My deepest condolences go out to your family. I was so Blessed to have shared a cabin with Marybeth for a week. This was one of the best weeks I have had at the Kamp. Marybeth was a shining star, you could tell the deep love she had for Our Lord and Savior and also the kids that she brought to Kamp.

Wow!!! My dear Marybeth!!! So hard to believe. I Love all my Kaleos, but this one touched in a special way last week. Less than a week later, she's gone! Marybeth was indeed our ray of Sunshine at KAA last week. The Kaleos of Session 2 2013 will never forget her loving spirit, filled with the love of Jesus!!! No more pain sweetie, fly free. She will be missed but we are so glad you stopped by. I enjoyed every moment with her all week. As I was sitting in the hospital room with her here in MO, I learned so much from such a woman of God. She truly had a passion for what she was called to do. I praise God for her short but valuable life. My condolences to you all and I'm praying for the entire family. Love her dearly, her Kids Across America Kaleo Shepherd, Sweet T -Twania White
