Lissie Booth

Lissie J. Booth, Age 96 of Athens, formerly of Germantown, OH passed away peacefully at Laurels of Athens on February 7, 2015.  Lissie was born in Morristown, TN to the late Idol and Rosa (Ogan) Green.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Donald, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.  She is survived by her daughter Patricia Harrod, her grandson James Harrod and his fiancé Katey Burgess, all of Athens OH, one sister Bessie McGuire, and numerous other family members.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 12, 2015 at 2:00pm at Arpp & Root Funeral Home, 29 N. Main St. Germantown, OH  45327; interment at Germantown Union Cemetery with Rev. Mark Williams officiating.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 12:00-2:00pm.
