OMG this cannot be happening. My wife Crystal Gebhart from Germantown, introduced me to Bob and Leslie forty years ago. We were at their wedding, and when Crystal and I , weremarried they gifted us a flight to Las Vegas from the Grand Canyon.. We have had many adventures together including a houseboat trip on lake Powell with Homer and T Ball. Now, of the six of us only two are left As my wife lay dying Bob and Leslie made many trips to help us and She asked me to come stay and help with Bob's celebration of lifeWe texted often as years passed and met up once to reminise. When she did not respond to my text messages recently,my last message was, " now I am worried". I do not do social media and did not know of her passing until I googled her name. I am completely devastated and will miss hearing and see videos of her adventures. She was my BFF, as was BobPlease have her mother call me if she can 573-228-2877I hope Lucy has a new happy home. I met Leslie and Bob at the Grand Canyon in the spring of 1981. .. MOQUI Lodge to be exact. We became great friends immediately. Oh the many great times and laughs we had. Always a loving, kind, and generous couple; they introduced me to so many great and interesting people. You know who you are!! I was at their wedding. I met her and her sisters in Vegas for Gail's 60th. So glad we had kept in touch over the years. I know she is in a better place with Bob and the rest of her loved ones that have gone before. You will be so missed. Godspeed sweet Leslie. So glad to have known you.
