I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Jeanine's Stiver.Jeanine was a force in her family, at school, in the Methodist Church, and in the community in general. However, she was just as big of a force to me personally. She is the one and only reason I ever did ANYTHING musically. She had that innate ability to bring people out of their comfort zone and get them to realize their true potential.I am living proof. She, first, encouraged (strongly) me to join the church choir, then to sing solos, then in cantatas, then in the community shows, and finally as a member of "The Greasers."She was like a second Mom to me, always expecting the best of me never letting up. I owe her a debt of gratitude that I will never be able to pay.My sincere condolences to Dean and my "brothers from another mother," Mike, Randy, Jeff and Danny as well as their families.

Dean and the Stiver family, My deepest sympathy in the loss of your dear wife, mother and grandma. I enjoyed to the utmost knowing Jeanine since I came to Valley View in 1970. Just a special, special gal. Stay strong in her loss but know that she touched so many lives along her journey. RIP Jeanine!Sincerely, Bob & Sandy Swanson

Heartfelt thoughts and prayers being lifted to the Stiver family, and many friends. Jeanine was an exceptional individual and will long be remembered. What a legacy she will leave behind for her love of God, music and life in general. Was such a blessing to watch her direct the Choir last year in the "Festival of Choirs". May you wrap yourselves in the message of LOVE & HOPE this Holy of Seasons proclaims.

My love and condolences to the Stiver family! I always looked at Jeanine as my second mom (since she bossed me around and always told me what to do! LOL) That's why I loved her and looked up to her! She is probably the reason I am in church today! If I could be half the woman Jeanine was, I'd be happy!Love you all!
