Gayla Ricci

Ricci, Gayla Patricia (Deveau), 63 of Carlisle went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Hospice of Butler and Warren County with her loving husband by her side.  She was born in Grand Falls, Canada on March 17, 1955 to the late Albert Deveau and Pierette Cloutier (Cyr).  Gayla loved well; she was an exceptional mother and doting grandmother who poured love and wise counsel into her family and many others.  She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.  As the heartbeat of the church, she was best known by her congregation as Miss Gayla.  As a pastor’s wife, she touched countless lives and was one of the most Godly examples of a Christian woman.  Her life verse was Galatians 2:20.  Mrs. Ricci is survived by her husband, Pastor Ted Ricci, sons Jason (Rachel) Ricci, Sean (Amanda) Ricci, and Justin Ricci, grandchildren Evelyn and Torin Ricci, her brother Dean (Karen) Cloutier, her sisters Paula Cloutier and Karla Fazzino, father Paul Cloutier and many counsins, nephews, nieces, friends and loving family.  Family will receive friends from 6-8PM Friday, August 10, 2018 at the First Baptist Church, 79 Farmersville Pike, Germantown.  With a Celebration of Life service on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at 11:00AM officiated by her husband, Pastor Ted Ricci.  The family would like to express their gratitude for the care given by Hospice of Butler and Warren County.  If desired, memorial contributions can be made to First Baptist Church of Germantown in memory of Gayla.

Gayla was a true Proverbs 31 woman. She was a fine example for the younger women in the church to follow. She will be missed dearly. But one day, we will meet again. 2 Thessalonians 4:13-18

Constantly praying for you all during this time. Gayla was by far one of the most genuine, kind, loving and godly woman I had the opportunity to meet n know. Cant wait to see her again one day. Love you all dearly.

My dear Gayla. I cant stop thinking about you. It seems like you were always in our life. I remember you when you lived in Elmsford with Ted and your babies. I remember you at all our family picnics and holidays. I remember you for your truth, honesty, integrity, and love. I love you with my whole heart. I will miss you when Ted comes to NY. We will watch over him! See you on the other side! Save me a good seat!
