Franklin Setser

Setser, Franklin, age 76 of Germantown, OH passed away March 28, 2018 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born in Kentucky to the late James and Erma (Aldridge) Setser, was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from the Dayton Press. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Frank had a passion for food, gardening, and fishing. His foremost passion was that of serving God. He was a member of the Christian Fellowship Freewill Baptist Church in Middletown, OH where everyone loved to listen to him sing and play the guitar. Frank is survived by his wife Aloha Jean Setser, his two sons Franklin Craig (Melissa Ann) Setser, William Brian Setser, his grandchildren Nathaniel, Jared, Blake and Sabrina Setser, one sister, three brothers and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 31, 2018 at 4:00 PM at the Christian Fellowship Freewill Baptist Church, 7904 Middletown Germantown Rd., Germantown, OH  45327 with Pastor Bob Reed officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 2:00.
