Bryston Keating

Bryston Z. Keating, age 8 of Farmersville passed away July 4, 2019.  He was born April 9, 2011 to Andy and Tara (Day) Keating and was a student at Valley View Elementary School. Bryston was the most caring child who loved to play baseball with his Twincreek Mudcats baseball team, soccer with NWC, and was active in We Liket 4H.  Bryston was a fun loving, kind-hearted child who loved his family and friends, loved helping people and was the ultimate people pleaser and didn't want to disappoint anyone.  He was a hard worker and loved having "jobs" to do, was inquisitive, smart, and thoughtful .  Bryston was also very competitive, confident, and a great athlete with unlimited energy and a sense of adventure.  He was 100% boy with a lot of spunk, gave a little smirk when he was being ornery or was up to something, he was sneaky, crazy, daring and brave all wrapped up into one package and lived up to the nickname of Braden's Taz.  He was a protector of his mama, mommy's monkey and gave the best monkey hugs, daddy's dude, his ride together fly together boy, and Lyllia's bubby.  His friends and teammates affectionately knew him as BK or Little B.  He had a contagious personality and could make anyone laugh.  Bryston was preceded in death by his Grandpa Tom Day in 2014, he is survived by his parents Andrew and Tara (Day) Keating, his big brother Braden Keating and his little sister Lyllia Keating who will all miss him dearly.  He is also survived by his maternal grandmother Mary Day, paternal grandparents Tom and Judy Keating, his aunts and uncles Matt (Heather) Keating, Sarah (John) DeGrasse, and Shawn Day, also his cousins Kase, Sawyer and Holt Keating, Hunter DeGrasse, and Brody and Kaylie Day, along with numerous extended family, dear friends, and classmates.  Funeral services will be Thursday, July 11th, 2019 at 5:00pm at Germantown First Church of God with Pastor Tom Vorhis officiating.   Following the service at approximately 6pm there will be a visitation until 9:00, then at 9:15 the family asks for those who desire to gather outside for a prayer service at sunset.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Bryston Zane Keating memorial fund that has been set up at First National Bank of Germantown.
